I am good at a 1200 calorie diet at minimum 4 days out of the week, and working out 3-4. Other couple days I'm eating junkfood and sitting on the couch. I become rebellious and then snap back into it really quickly. Am I going crazy??!!
Does it all balance out, or is this a yoyo diet.

Are you eating back your exercise calories? You may be needing to eat a bit more to avoid the junk food eating on the other days. Perhaps your hunger is building up because you are simply not eating enough.0

I would say it is a yo-yo diet. Maybe up your calorie intake and that way you can have more foods you like instead of feeling deprived and then falling off the wagon the other couple days.0

I think it's a hybrid diet from the famous yoyo dieting state where after a diet is finished people eat too much and gain all the weight back. just kidding0

It is our body telling you that 1200 cals is not enough. Figure out your TDEE cut 20% and feed your body!!!!0

I tend to do this when I don't eat enough calories for a few days... Then I am tired and ravenous. Try upping your calories to more than 1200 and see if it helps you find more balance.0
