Hey everyone. I am very excited to begin this journey. I believe iron sharpens iron, so I am open to the motivation and support. I hope to be a success story and do the same for others. I hate the outdoors but I am trying to become more open minded and live a more active lifestyle. A year from now I want to run a marathon or go canoeing or hiking. I'm laughing at the thought. Let the journey begin.

Welcome! Im new myself, just been working out the last few weeks then found this site, its a nice motivator! Im looking forward to being able to update my ticker with the weight Ive lost, woohoo!0

You sound much like me. I started this and I only wanted to lose weight... maybe walk the treadmill a couple of days a week. Then I started being able to move better and feeling better and I thought maybe I would add some strength training. I started doing some classes. Pretty soon, I got talked into a 5K. Then I did INSANITY, then another 5K and then I added outdoor bootcamp styyle classes, and then another 5K... and well, you get the point! It becomes a part of you after awhile and you will just keep going. Do not laugh at the thought - embrace it and work toward it!
