Tight jeans, Strength Training
For a while, I've been doing heavier strength training, poor jeans are getting tighter in the calf/thigh area, still losing weight slowly eating at a deficit. Kettlebell HELP
I have 2 kettlebell workout dvds but use an 8-10pound(elongated) dumbbell instead. I want to buy a kettlebell today. since KBs use momentum and are "lighter" in theory is 15 too much, too light? thoughts THANKS!

Resting Heart Rate {NSV}
I measure mines with my HRM, and have done so for quite some time. Been working out consistently since February and my resting heart rate has moved from high 70s to the 60s, so that's a small victory for me, as I shift my goals not only to weight loss, but overall fitness. :happy:
