SO, I would like to say that I kept battling with the same pounds in the 250s for roughly the last (3) three months. Deff. not a high point in my weight-loss journey. I still have a weighs(haha, get it?) to go, but glad to finally be on the right track. This morning the scale read 245.00, I'm so very happy right now. Long story short, don't get flustered if you're not loosing quickly. I also realized that you deff. CANNOT out exercise bad eating, at least I can't. I still have some of the things I like but I stopped overdoing it. Be honest with yourself if you're stuck in a plateau, and be patient as well. Good Morning, thanks for reading:happy:

    Thats the hard part of weight loss you really can't just eat anything :(

    It's so nice to know that I'm not the only one who struggles. I was like you Memphis, stuck in the 250's... then had a big loss got to 244 and now I'm back up to 250. Those daggum friggin 250's!!! ARRRRRGH!!! But thanks for the boost! Just keep swimming!! :)
