Exercise after Illness
ok so been struck down for the past few weeks. I KNOW i need to start up good habits again but my god i'm lacking the motivation. scales don't seem to be moving so much either even though i'm eating at a deficit u__u wish i had a magic wand. how do you all get motivated after a bout of sickness?

what do you think is a sensible amount to loose a week?
i have dropped from 211lb to 199lb in 2 months... this is great but i can't help feel that i'd like it to come of a little more due to the fact i have 60lb to loose still! my intake 'allowance' is 1450 but i eat back calories during exercise (roughly 300-500kcal) what do you guys think?
