ok so been struck down for the past few weeks.
I KNOW i need to start up good habits again but my god i'm lacking the motivation. scales don't seem to be moving so much either even though i'm eating at a deficit u__u wish i had a magic wand.
how do you all get motivated after a bout of sickness?

Go to the gym and start working. The adrenaline will soon kick in and then you'll be motivated! Until then you'll need willpower I'm afraid!0

I can't wait to get back up after being down with injury or illness.
And if I am still a bit puny when trying, going through my routine which is putting on my workout clothes and shoes, and going through my ritual to start exercise, will do it every time. I start to really get pumped up after I get the clothes on and begin stretching.
This is not a taught behavior that you can learn just from hearing it from other people. It is something you learn to do on your own and it does involve mind over matter or simply willpower.0 -
i think i'm just in one of those ruts - i've not long started out on the exercise routine (1st Jan) and feel i should be seeing more loss but that's me just wanting results quick and being impatient ¬_¬ hah
