1700 based on TDEE - 20% - anyone similar?

4 weeks in - first success
2 inches off my waist :) 8 pounds in total. I started at 34 inches. I cant wait to see what another 4 weeks does - if I get 2 more inches off, that will be a 30 inch waist for the first time in 3 years and I *might* be squeezing back in to my 10s. Yay for MFP, this has kept me right on track!!!
