Ive been logging how much water I drink daily, which is plenty, but just realised now Im back at work, I drink at least 4 mugs of tea - black with no sugar - a day.
That counts as well right?

Definately! Your body counts teas as water. Also, if you drink milk you can count 2/3 of that as well.0

I don't count milk but any non caffeine free beverage is added. (or the alcohol I drink)0

Yep, I'd count it.0

Milk isn't water but it is hydration for your body. The whole "drink so many glasses of water" a day isn't really accurate because there are many other things that give your body the fluid it needs. Milk, tea, juice, fruits and veggies are all things that give your body hydration. If you are eating a lot of food that are natural hydration sources then there is no need to be so concerned about drinking a certain # of glasses of water.0
