Eating the kids' leftpvers

or just sharing their dinner before you start yours.
Just cooked the boys a pizza and I am so unbelievably impressed that I didnt so much as like the pizza cutter let alone have a slice.
Whilst I find this hard, I know from previous weight loss that this gets easier in time.
I remember reading a weight loss tip that suggested throwing washing up liquid over their food before putting it in the bin.
Never quite brought myself to do that and now they are by far big enough to chuck their leftovers out themselves!
