Two HRM's interfering with each other?
Does anyone know if two heart rate monitors that are the same make and model will interfere with each other? Let's say I'm hiking with a friend and we are both wearing our HRM's. Is it possible that we will pick up on each other's rates or cause interference in any way?

Should I be focusing on calories or protein/carbs/fat?
On most days, I try to keep a good balance of everything, but on days when I want a cheat and have calories to spare, but not fat or carbs, should I give in? Is it worse to go over on calories or fat?

Seem to be losing inches only off my bust and hips.
I am apple shaped, carrying most of my weight in my stomach. Since I have started dieting and getting in shape, I have only lost inches in my chest and hips. This apple shape of mine is only looking worse. I feel like I look pregnant. (and no, I am definitely not!) Anyone else have this problem?

Tell me how many calories I should be eating!
BMR: 1389 TDEE: 1910 MFP recommends 1400 calories. Scooby's Workshop recommends 1528. I consider myself lightly active. Let's say I burn 500 calories above my normal "lightly active" status. Should I be eating these back?

Confused about BMR and TDEE?
Can someone please break these down for me in a way that I can understand? I have a BMR of 1673 according to http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/, but MFP suggests I eat 1200 calories a day. How do I know which is correct and how often should I recalculate my BMR? Also, I am not very clear on what TDEE is?
