Tell me how many calories I should be eating!

BMR: 1389
TDEE: 1910

MFP recommends 1400 calories.
Scooby's Workshop recommends 1528.

I consider myself lightly active.
Let's say I burn 500 calories above my normal "lightly active" status.
Should I be eating these back?

Eating back exercise calories is definitely a much debated point. I think it would depend on what factors you used to consider yourself "lightly active". If you made that selection based on expecting to burn 500 calories a few times a week (I assume through exercise) then you shouldn't eat those calories back as you've already factored them in. If not, then by all means eat back some or all of them as your daily calorie goal already includes a deficit (assuming your goal is to lose weight).

As far as how many calories you should be eating, why not meet in the middle? Try 1475 for a few weeks and then decide if you are starting to see the results you are looking for.
