Seem to be losing inches only off my bust and hips.

I am apple shaped, carrying most of my weight in my stomach. Since I have started dieting and getting in shape, I have only lost inches in my chest and hips. This apple shape of mine is only looking worse. I feel like I look pregnant. (and no, I am definitely not!)

Anyone else have this problem?

    Yep, my gut was the last thing to start going. And it has taken cutting out grains (I have food allergies and intolerances-I'm not talking any any sort fad miracle), and strength training in the form of body weight exercises like pushups, squats, lounges, and hip hinges.

    Just keep with it, and monitor your food logging to see if there are any specific trends.
