Question...so I hear a lot of people say eat less calories than you burn to lose!
I know its calories in/ calories out, right? If I burned 400 calories in the gym, then I should eat less than that to lose? Please help, any advise is greatly appreciated, thanks!!!

I have been on MFP for 17 days and I have only lost 2 pounds and it has been fluctuating back and in forth with those 2 pounds. Hello, my friend suggested I eat a lot of protein to lose weight. I'm eating oatmeal, egg whites with spinach, then tilapia and black beans, then a protein shake with a rice cake, baked chicken and broccoli every 2-3 hours. I have been doing this for 3 weeks almost and I have lost 7 pounds so far!!! I am getting burned out…

I am curious
I have been going to the gym a lot and I see a lot of people drinking something red in their blender cups. Does anyone know what that may be and what it is used for? Also, will strength training make use lose weight faster than just doing cardio alone?
