Hi, all! Just wondering if anyone has done the P90x/Turbofire Hybrid? Do you think this would give better results with combining more strength with Turbofire workouts? I checked the schedule on Beachbody and it looks like Turbofire is only 2 times a week.. is that enough cardio???

30 Day Shred AND the Gym???
I am currently doing cardio kickboxing 2x a week (60 min. each) and running 3 miles 3x a week plus some strength as well. Would you guys add Jillian's 30 day shred to it? Or would that be over doing it???

Started working out.. Weight loss has stalled?
Hi, all! I have been using MFP for about a month and started working out about 3 weeks ago. The first week I was on MFP and down to 1200 cal. I lost 5 lbs. Now, though I have been exercising 4 days a week and NO weight loss. Am I doing something wrong or is this normal? Thanks!!!
