    I dropped 3lbs the other week doing that after i felt like i wasn't going anywhere!

    Your foods look decent. Try taking a break from dieting for a week. Generally people overestimate their calorie consumption and underestimate their exercise calories burned, it just happens that way and I would suggest that you reduce your intake by a few hundred calories and see what happens, and possibly add some weight training 3 times a week.
