I am currently doing cardio kickboxing 2x a week (60 min. each) and running 3 miles 3x a week plus some strength as well. Would you guys add Jillian's 30 day shred to it? Or would that be over doing it???

I work out 7 days a week and will be starting 30DS on Monday. I plan on incorporating additional cardio to get to 45-60 minutes total cardio daily, including the 30DS. It's only 20 minutes...0
