Discouraged

Hi everyone! I started MFP 4 weeks go and lost about 4 lbs right away and then 2 weeks go began excersizing 2 weeks ago. I run 3 days a week and have an extra day of cardio..so 4 days total. I thought for sure weight would start coming off faster but now I m to losing any weight. My calorie intake is 1200 but I eat up extra calories I exercise off, so I am not going under. Am I doing something wrong?

    Sometimes our bodies take a while to readjust to the new things we're doing. 4 pounds in a month is fantastic! (I haven't lost any weight this month, so 4 pounds is good!) The first few pounds usually fly off because of water weight, so after that the real grind begins. If you're eating up to your calorie count and eating back your exercise calories, then maybe just give it a few weeks for your body to catch up.

    Great work so far and good dedication to your exercise!

    Check these out. Very helpful in figuring out how to set cals, macros, exercise, etc. Good way to check if you've missed something or if you are on the right track.
