Level 3
It is definitely 30 day shred day today - I finished level 2 day 10 this morning and just completed level 3 day one this evening. I need to watch the video again to make sure I get the moves right. Level 3 definitely tougher and more challenging, broke out in a good sweat....but it is all for a good cause :) Keep going...

Day 30 - finished!
WOW - Made it to day 30 :) Just finished the 30 day shred. It has been challenging but interesting to see if I could handle the workout. I am definitely not a fitness freak or expert so getting this far is an achievement. Starting Ripped in 30 on Monday. Best wishes to all of you doing this workout....enjoy!

Just completed day 5 of level 2, day 15 of the 30 day shred. 15 more days to go and looking forward to see the final results after this effort :)

Hello all - got to day 19 ....am planning to do my day 20 workout in the morning (if i wake up on time!) so that I can give level 3 a try in the evening. Am scared of level 3 but hoping to push through it. How is everyone else getting on? The group has been quiet the last few days! Bye bye :)
