How Do I Add Special Recipes To "My Foods"?
There are a couple of things I eat and drink (like a specialized protein shake) that I would love to put into My Foods so I can just go to it and add it. Right now, I'm just adding the "quick calories". I'd love to be able to add the carbs, protein, etc. Is there a way to do that?
