LEvel 2 day 6 30 Day Shred, and NO weight loss
Unfortunately, i lost my beginning measurements, but i know i haven't lost a single pound, and if i have lost inches it's been minimal, anyone else experience this? any suggestions?

Should I increase calories?
I seem to have stalled out at 139.5 - that's an 8lbs loss thus far - but i'm looking to lose 9.5 more lbs. my TDEE, based on working out 4-5 times/wk is 2,092. if i take 20% less of that it gives me about 1800 calories, but i'm currently eating 1500 - should i increase my calories? and if so, should i do it gradually? like…

I'm a BIG snacker! snacking is definitely what keeps me in trouble....so i'm curious, what do you snack on, that isn't much calories, and won't leave you craving for more, if you're in between meals (usually this happens to me between lunch and dinner)! thanks for your help!

is the 30 day shred taking me too long?
for one reason or another the 30 day shred, so far has taken me since March 1, and I'm only on level 2 day 7. I haven't been able to do this during the week (one bedroom apt, one tv, 3 year old child, etc) but only on the weekends - is this going to ruin the results? i'm working out at the gym on the other days, but i…

sometimes i don't get a chance to do the video until the weekends, but i go to the gym on those days. does that matter do you think?

Forced break from 30 day shred - will that ruin everything?
so i pulled a muscle in my calf, and i've had to take a 2 day break so far. i'm wondering how much of an affect will this have, and should i try to instead do everything that i can do or should i wait until feeling all better. i'm not in terrible pain, but the jumping stuff (i'm on level 1) is what hurts. thoughts??

Waist getting smaller but not hips?
Is it possible for my waist to be the only thing losing inches? Although my jeans are DEFINITELY loser, I don't see the inches coming off my hips. Where do you measure for your hips? I always use the biggest part of my body (around my butt!)

where do you get workout ideas? currently i do 40 minutes of elliptical/stationary bike 3 times a week 30 minutes weight training of some sort (squats, arms) 4 times a week casually ride my bike around hilly SF 1-2 times a week for about 30 - 40 minutes will it really not help my weight loss anymore if i don't change this?

does anyone else have 1lb to 2lb fluctuations from literally one day to the next? what is that? it kills me! any hints for how to stop it?

Too little calories?
I'm currently slated for 1200 calories per day (excluding exercising), if I do the TDEE method depending on exercise I count, I get around 1900 calories per day. In four weeks I've only lost 2 pounds, is it possible I'm not eating enough?

We're having a thin whole wheat pizza with low fat mozz, red peppers, spinach and canadian bacon - how do i add this? i know i could add the toppings seperately, but i don't know what to use for the thin whole wheat crust pizza part - i did a search, but it's all chains??? how do you handle this?
