is the 30 day shred taking me too long?

for one reason or another the 30 day shred, so far has taken me since March 1, and I'm only on level 2 day 7. I haven't been able to do this during the week (one bedroom apt, one tv, 3 year old child, etc) but only on the weekends - is this going to ruin the results? i'm working out at the gym on the other days, but i wanted to know is it not worth trying to complete?
