i guess what i'm wondering is whether it affects the weight/inches lost?

does anyone know if it matters how long it takes you to complete? for example, i've been working out at the gym this week, but i haven't done the shred since sunday? does that matter??

i tried doing the MFP calcs, and it gave me 1200 cals, and i wasn't really losing....now i'm losing a little less than 1/2 lb per week? my job is a SAHM for a toddler and we don't own a car. so anywhere we go is walking or taking a bus? any additional thoughts based on that?

actually my diary is set to public! let me know if you can't see it. if i change my activity to moderate then i would be eating more calories a day, wouldn't i?

what happens if i change my lifestyle to sedentary? i have to eat less calories? i don't have a problem being committed to exercising....so i'm just wondering how changing my lifestyle will affect things?

i'm at 146, i'm 5 foot 1 inches, and i'm trying to lose 10lbs to start.

So yesterday, I exercised, kept with in my calories, and ate back the ones i exercised off, and drank more water than usual, and now i've almost gained back the 2 lbs i lost last week! any other suggestions?

Must be that bean soup I ate last night!!! :) Must be water weight. My total calories for the day are 1220 - and I try not to eat back all my calories. But does anyone know, can you still lose weight if you eat back your calories with exercise? i'll try to drink more water today and see what happens! Jennifer
