Any moms doing or have done the 30 day shred?

If so, I'd love to know how you do it? Do you do it while your children are asleep? Are you not afraid of waking them up? I live in a 1,000 sq foot apt, so I'm a little concerned about the noise? Can someone give me an idea as to just how noisy this would be if I did it at night??

Well...I'm not a mom, but I do it when my kids are asleep. I don't need much room to do it and I don't make much noise. A couple times, my son (who I think woke up for another reason) came out and started working out with me (He's almost four) but other than that, they haven't stirred. Good luck!0

I do it in my basement...either at night or while my 2 year old is napping. Sometimes, I have to put my 4 month old in the neglectomatic (bouncy chair) to watch while I do it...but I get it done! Definitely doesn't need to be too loud (really, the only loud thing about it is the sound of panting and/or grunting while trying to get through the workout, lol)!0

Yes, I have two children, one who just turned a year. I live in a 830sq ft 3bd main floor of a house with creeky floors small space.. I do the 30DS when the kids are awake, I find at the end of the day I have no energy after chasing kids around all day to do it. I use connect-a-mats (yoga mats would work OK too) to try and lessen the noise for the students who live in the basement.
I would recommend doing the 30DS when your child is napping during the day (my son took naps when he was 3) and perhaps doing the 30DS in your living room or room that is away from your child's room.
