High Cholesterol
I have high cholesterol and am going to drastically change my diet so I do not have to take Lipotor. Does anyone have any feedback on this subject.

I have Hashimoto disease and I was on .25 medication. I was told I now have to take .75 does anyone know why the original dose is two low. Cardio vs Weight Lifting
I am going to the gym and doing about 40 min on the bike and 20 elliptical. I then go and do the weights at least 3 times a week. I want to lose weight. Should I do cardio 2 days a week and 3 days a week weights and not cardio on the weight days?
