Trying to get motivated

Back after many years aways.
Getting in a routine and commitment is so hard to do, but Im going to try.

    Just take it slow, small steps! For example, as a first step, just start logging everything you eat. Once you're used to that, enter your stats and goals to get a calorie goal and aim for that. After that, you can start tweaking the foods you eat, if you think it's necessary.

    Same with exercise if you want to be more active. Start adding a short walk to your routine or a short workout a few times a week and build from there.
