Back Again

I have been back to work for 6 months and am happy about that. A year and a half ago I found this site. Lost about 16 pounds and was going to the gym and working out with weight daily. Since I have been back to work I find it so hard to get motivated and write what I eat. I know it works it you log your food. I also have a pain in my lower back and gluts seems like forever. I am glad to be back and will try to find sites that talk about working out with dull pain. I know I can still do my weights. I just need to get motivated.
