Keeping accountable
Sending out a call to anyone who wants to nag me for about a month; basically I've been going to the gym for an hour thrice a week for close to eight months, unfortunately I went away on tour for two weeks and the week before, and after the trip I totally slacked off. Now, considering summer is right around the corner, I…

Please help!
Okay so, my goal weight is 125 pounds and my weight right now is 130 pounds it seems simple that I could lose five pounds in a fairly short while and be happy and be healthy and maintain, right? :grumble: Wrong, I got down to about 128 pounds for maybe three days and boom, I'm back at 130...this is so stressful! Maintenance Workout?

I was never "huge" before, but I was big; now I'm slender but definitely not skinny. I'm…

However in the next ten days I'm missing the Tuesday workout and I have to substitute the gym for a home workout circuit both…

5'4 Woman Looking to Lose 5 Pounds
I'm now five pounds away from my ultimate goal weight, and while I know that considering I look something like 30-40 pounds by myself (I didn't weigh myself at the very beginning) I should be able to lose these last few pounds easily I'm really struggling to get those last few off, and tone up like I want to. Really I'm…

Trusting the calories
I'm pretty new to all of this, but I'm constantly worried that my calories are higher than what I think they are. What's somewhat strange to me is that even when I net calories I feel that I've eaten to much. Does anyone have any tips to help me resolve, or at least calm the feeling?
