Quick question please
Hi, I have been using MFP since Jan but one thing I'm not sure about...when it says how many glasses of water - what size glass are we talking? As I mainly drink from my water bottle at work, so get through 1.5-2L a day but how many glasses is that? Thanks.

How many inches lost?
