Hi, I have been using MFP since Jan but one thing I'm not sure about...when it says how many glasses of water - what size glass are we talking? As I mainly drink from my water bottle at work, so get through 1.5-2L a day but how many glasses is that? Thanks.

A glass is normally 8oz0

Its listed in cups but 8 ozs is a cup. Usually 2 to 2 1/2 cups or about in an average water bottle.0

There are 32oz in a quart
So almost 4 servings a liter0
