Numbness
When I walk I notice my right hand for some reason goes numb. I walk with the swaying motion but it still does it. Any one have input?

Sweating
I've noticed in my walking, I sweat more if I'm going 2mph but if I kick it up to 2.5 or almost 3mph it takes longer to break a sweat, why is that?

Am I doing this right?
Ok, I don't believe I'm going about this the right way. My calories per meal is sometimes averaging over 400 calories. Am I going to lose weight this way. I never counted caories before and I'm afraid that if I eat too many calories in one meal, I'm defeating my purpose. Help!!:sad:
