You're right. But it's so many people who have success doing it various ways. I know for me, I can look at soda and bread and gain weight. You can enjoy certain foods in moderation. But like you said, once you're mastered it and have discipline!

OK guys, yes that makes sense to me...thanks for input, I will start logging under Aerobics. Yes that Bootcamp DVD is a killer but an awesome workout. I love Leslie too but I like to switch it up to work on certain areas and to keep that burn going!

LOL, I was dancing for exercise too. It works but I think a more structured dance is better. I just started the Leslie Sansome video to add to my workout of dancing. Hope this helps!

You can also get the 100-cal snacks in crackers or cookies. I found that if I eat one of those and drink some water or crystal light, I'm ok until next meal.

Yes that is easy. I have stairs but they are hardwood and it will kill your heels, ankles and feet. I would love to go and up down for exercise more than I normally do now.
