Easy at home workout for 300 calories

Walking up and down the stairs for 20 minutes. Bring a towel and water. You'll need it. 10 minutes of sit ups (crunches). 10 minutes of push ups. (I alternated the crunches and push ups.) I live in the rain so I'm always looking for dry options.

Yes that is easy. I have stairs but they are hardwood and it will kill your heels, ankles and feet. I would love to go and up down for exercise more than I normally do now.0
