How often do you change macros?
I'm curious how often I should be looking at my calories? I've been using the keto calculator to get my macros, and it has not changed in 10 pounds, I actually am still using the same macros from when I first started. So is there a rule of thumb?

Bulletproof Coffee
So I'm doing my own version of bulletproof coffee, I do not have the bulletproof coffee beans. I use 1 tbsp kerrygold butter, 1tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp MCT oil, I'm still hungry after I drink this. I've heard people say that are full until lunch. Is it because of the coffee beans I'm using or what?

Day 9
