Lost my first 10 pounds! Heck yes!
Just stepped on the scale - and I've officially lost my first 10lbs! Height: 5"7 Starting Weight: 222lbs (March 25th, 2013) Current Weight: 211.6 (Today!) When did you start to notice?
I've only lost 5.5lb so far, yet I can *already* see and feel a difference after 3 weeks of healthier eating, portion control and working out. Nothing major, but my clothes are already fitting a bit better, I feel happier and I have more energy. How long did it take you to notice a change? :)
