Lost my first 10 pounds! Heck yes!

Just stepped on the scale - and I've officially lost my first 10lbs!

Height: 5"7

Starting Weight: 222lbs (March 25th, 2013)

Current Weight: 211.6 (Today!)

It's taken me 6 weeks to lose 10lbs - not bad. The first few weeks saw big losses (2+lbs), then I plateaued, and now back on the wagon - an average of 1lb for the last 2 weeks. With summertime booze and treats, I see myself averaging about 1 pound per week going forward :)

Anyway - I'm thrilled. Happy tuesday!

    Great work....I lost 9 pouinds as of this morning! :) Every little bit counts. Great plan for the summer as well, all in moderation!

    Great job on the first 10! Just keep it up -- the 10 will turn into 20 and 30 before you know it (I think you see where this is going :wink:).
