How do you log the 30DS?

Hello!

I was wondering how you log Jillian Michael's 30 day shred? Do you log it as Aerobics? Not sure how to categorize a mixed workout :)

    I usually log it as circuit training.

    Curves Circuit Training.. other ones like circuit training give very high inaccurate burn!

    Hi... I created my own exercise under cardio, and log in the values from my HRM... So far I have done 3 days of level 1, and my calories burned have range from mid 140s to mid 160s.... The HRM is new, and I have checked its results against other monitors, so I am sure its working OK.....

    I don't knwo if you have an Argos around you, but I picked up a HRM for £19.99 and so far it's proven to be pretty reliable!
