Back and looking for friends!

I'm "back" again!

Back in March I kicked off a very successful few months of exercising, strength training and eating well, and I dropped 13lbs. I've been off the wagon a bit for the last month or so and I want to get back to losing - I've got a long way to go!

Height: 5"7, large frame (big boned?)

Start Weight (March '13): 222
Current Weight: 208.5
Goal Weight: 150?

I've got a big focus on trying to eat whole foods rather than "diet foods", and I'm a big fan of strength training, too.

Obviously, I'm not perfect - I live in London (can you say pubs?!), and I'm a big social butterfly. I find it very difficult not eat out for dinner (or booze it up) a few times a week with my friends / workmates / partner.
