Hello!

I've already introduced myself, but I am hoping to find other London gals on MFP.

I'm new to MFP!

I'm 23 years old, 5"7 and my starting weight is 222.

I would LOVE to see the journals of other busy city girls & get your support!

    Hello,my name is Emma and I joined this site today. I am 40 and I live in Catford SE London. I am currently 238 lbs (17 st) and I would like to try and lose 4 stone to begin with. My ultimate aim is to get down to 9 stone. I am currently a dress size 24/26 and I would like to get down to a dress size 16,any thinner and I don't think I would look "right" as I've always been a big girl! If you could give me any tips or advice I am eager to hear them!
