C25K program completed with a.... 10k run!
Today I ran my final 30mins on the C25K program, after the cool down I really wanted to carry on running as the sun was shining and wanted to continue running down by the river... so I just kept going and ran another 35mins! All in all I managed to run 10k..... a very happy and suprising end to my C25K journey :)

C25K - Aiming for 10K
I'm thinking of signing up to my first 10k race on 15th October to give me something to aim for! I am just moving into week 6 of C25K, so do you think it realistic to think I could finish the next training program and run 10k by mid October? I was planning on following a 'bridge to 10k' program. Week 5 day 3 C25K - completed!
Just had to share this with everyone, just completed the dreaded week 5 day 3 of C25K! Straight 20 min run!!! Only 5 weeks ago I couldn't run a few mins without bring puffed out! This program really works! :)
