Low fat Low calorie Eton Mess pudding

Great low fat low calories pudding!

3 mini Meringues - 18 Calories each
120g of Low fat Vanilla Yoghurt - 97 calories
A few Strawberries cut in quarters - 30 calories
small handful of Blueberries - 15 calories

Total = 196 calories for a big bowl of yumminess!!!

Crumble two or three mini merange into a bowl, add a a few large spoonfuls of zero fat or low fat vanilla yoghurt. Add handful of Blueberries and Strawberries. Mix and enjoy!

You can adjust the amount accordingly and it works great with other berries.

(Please not the original 'full fat' version if made with cream! So a great low cal alternative with all the flavour)

    Yummy!!! Eton mess is one of my fave desserts - never even thought to make it with yoghurt :)

    If you get a good quality nice creamy vanilla yoghurt is taste as good as the full fat version!! :)
