Any tricks/tips for the weekends? I seem to never log Saturday or Sunday and always over indulge. I always feel like Mondays are my 'make up' day for eating like crap over the weekend. It's hard because we always have birthday parties, family events and cookouts. HELP!

Feeling a bit down today.

Hey everyone, I completed the shred about a month ago. For my workouts now I walk/jog about 45 min one day with a baby jogger, then on the other days I will complete 1 of the workouts on the shred.
