I really didn't want to put these up because I am so embarrassed that I let myself get to this point. I hope you notice a difference!

Me @ about 207lbs. Grossssssss.

Today @ 170lbs. Still have 40 to get to my goal, but I know I can do this!!!!

    the IMG needs to be img

    I think you're supposed to change the IMG to img and then it should work.

    I started out in size 16/18s XL shirts.
    Now I wear 12 in jeans & L shirt.
    My wedding ring is even falling off my finger! I need to get it resized soon so I dont loose it =)

    Congrats!!! We started about the same weight (I was 206) and are damn near the same now with me about 1 lb heavier! It isn't easy and you're doing great, be very proud of yourself!!!
