Heart Rate and Calories Burned
Am I burning less calories doing the same workouts b/c I am in better shape? I always train above my target heart rate range and lately it seems that I can not get my heart rate up as high. Does this mean that I am getting in shape and it's time to switch it up? That's what I would like to think it is but I just wanted to…

The same thing happened a couple weeks ago too. Even though my diary is "open," I couldn't even log all the food b/c I had no idea what the calories/fat/carbs or anything…

Your thoughts?…

Your thoughts.....
I have been working out and dieting since Jan. 6, 2013. My starting weight was 175.6 and it has not changed. I'm working out 5-6 days a week for an average of about 45 min. I'm a 39 year old 5'6 female. I definitely feel better as far as strength and endurance goes. However, the way my clothes fit hasn't even changed. I…
