Can't explain it?!?!?

Can someone please explain to me how I can possibly LOSE weight after having 3 cheat nights in a row! This is not the first time it has happened either. The same thing happened a couple weeks ago too. Even though my diary is "open," I couldn't even log all the food b/c I had no idea what the calories/fat/carbs or anything were for them (french fries, onion rings, cheese sauce, girl scout cookies, candy, ice cream, chicken wings, beer.)

I still workout HARD daily and ate REALLY well during the remainder of the day. I just don't get it.
