Slow-Carb Diet

Anyone doing this? I've been reading the book, The 4-Hour Body. It's very interesting and entertaining. I haven't completely gone over to the "slow-carb" side but I am invoking some things like avoiding all "white" foods, staying away from fruit and trying to get 30g of protein w/in 30 minutes of waking up.

Your thoughts? How are you managing w/this "lifestyle change?"

    I started it yesterday! I love the foods on the diet, but that is just me.
    The easiest way I've thought of for the protein is making a big frittata and microwaving it in the AM.
