How far off do you find that the calories burned on mfp are from what your hrm says? I don't have one and it's not in the budget right now, but I have heard that the exercise calories on here are a bit inflated, and I'm wondering by how much . Thanks!!

I will not give up!
I will not beat myself up for the bad decisions I have made the past few days. I will keep my chin up and make better ones today! The past three days will not define my end result nor will they define my journey to get there. I will allow myself to move on and keep truckin. Anyone else in the same boat?

20 pounds down!
I have officially lost 20 pounds as of today! I started this journey in Janurary so it's taken me 4 months. I lost 11 pounds the first month and then it just slowed way down. I still have a bit to go. Has anyone else had that same type of expierence with the weight coming off slowly? I seem to see everyone posting that…

Too many carbs from fruits?
I keep going over on my carbs and when I look back through my food diary, a Large majority of them are from all of the fruit I eat. I eat a lot. Usually a banana, apple, orange, and strawberries each day. Is it okay for me to go over on the carbs due to fruit?

Low sodium foods?
I'm trying to get through this plateau I've been experiencing and I've been reading that lowering my sodium intake would help. Can any suggest some favorite low sodium foods? THANKS!!

How far am I running?
I've been running a lot lately, but it's been difficult for me to input it into my exercise because I don't know how far or fast I am running. Does anyone have a reliable but semi-cheap suggestion to track my running distance or speed? Thanks!
