I'm sure there have been 12398497234 posts about the 21 Day Fix, but I don't want to look for them. :) What are your opinions on the program? Is it really that much more helpful? Have you had success/failure with it? Does it help you stay more accountable?

Ideas!
I turn 21 in 16 days, and I'm looking to really burn some fat and drop some pounds before then so I can fit in to the gorgeous dress I plan to wear! It's just a little snug. Does anyone have any tips on ways to really torch the fat fast in addition to eating right and working out?

Question about MFP
I have a quick question, and I've probably clicked right past the answer five times, but I was wondering how you update the numbers on your ticker. I know how to change the values from actual weight to weight lost to weight to go, etc., but I want to update the whole thing and my goal. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks! :)
