I hate that people think a person is dumb if they cannot read or write that well. I’ve never been good at reading and writing. No matter how hard I try, I just cannot pick up on reading and writing. I started on 3rd shift this week. I'm having problems sleeping through the day. So far, I've been adveraging about 3.5hr of sleep a day...but my body still tired, but I'm unable to go to sleep. What are some tricks that I can use to get more sleep? and I'm not willing to do any drugs.
