Target area?
Hi all, What are your target areas? For me, I am working on losing and toning my arms, legs and thighs. Those have been my target areas for some time now. I just needed to be more disciplined. I've since incorporated weights into my workout regime.

Hi all, As embarrassing as this is, I need help. I've lost about 25 pounds which has caused some cellulite with my thighs and arms. What are some exercise you would recommend to help reduce this? I do run a lot and lift weights.
