This is going to sound crazy but I listen to 90’s r&b when I run or lift weights.

You Can't Stop Me by Andy Mineo.

If you can ignore the religious undertones, it's a banger.

Perserverence by Hatebreed. It's one of the most positive, supportive metal songs ever. I have a running playlist on Spotify called Run Fat Boy Run (which is also the title of one of the songs) that I listen to when I run.

Eminem's Lose Yourself. Always makes me want to get up and move, or just push harder.

I'm going to check these out! I've just been putting songs into YouTube and going with what it plays and "thumbs up" or "down" certain songs. On Spotify I kept ending up with too much AC/DC (not hard enough for working out) and newer Metallica (prefer their older stuff). I'll have to play around with it, I gave up on it and Pandora, but will try your playlist today.

Don't judge me, but there's this song called The No Pants Dance that is basically the perfect tempo.

No judging lol! 😁 I have 2 favourite songs when I’m pumping weights:

    1. Rasputin - Boney M. (1978)
    2. One Night In Bangkok - Murray Head (1984)
